Each plan carries prescription benefits through CVS/Caremark, the nation’s largest pharmacy healthcare provider.
- Pay 100% of preventive services performed by a Network provider.
- Have no lifetime limit.
- Cover dependent children through age 25.
- Not apply any pre-existing condition limits on children under age 19.
- Be compliant with all appeals and reporting requirements.
